They bring vigour to their Vermout through the scents of herbs, fruits and spices, and a typically artisanal production. The wines take full advantage of the richness and quality of the indigenous vines.To produce this red vermouth, they have selected Verduzzo Friulano, an ancient, strong and generous native variety of Friuli, which gives an extremely sweet fruit but is balanced by pleasantly defined tannins, as well as white sultanas from the Friulian lands of Collio Orientale, with a fine and sweet taste. Aging and a beautiful encounter with spices and particular aromas to give birth to Vermut Rosso.
