The key botanical infusion in this beautifully fragrant gin is a prized variety of blood oranges from the beautiful Island of Sicily. Hand harvested in November, their rich red colour develops from the cool Mediterranean nights. The Blood Orange peels are steeped in alcohol and pressed using a traditional wine basket press. The infusion is then carefully blended with juniper, lemon peel, grapefruit peel, Angelica root, Orris root and Coriander prior to the main distillation process.
