Produced in a distillery in Brie sous Archiac in the Cognac region in small copper stills from 100% natural raw materials which are Caraway and Rye.Caraway, or meadow cumin, is a herbaceous plant cultivated for its leaves and seeds, which are full of medicinal virtues. Its taste is similar to that of aniseed and oscillates between fennel and dill, giving it a very special, almost unforgettable taste.
