Always in search of innovation, concerned about its environment and eager to bring a new taste experience to lovers of local products, La Perle Bleu is a single-varietal, plot-based organic rum.La Perle Rare Canne Bleue comes from a plot of organic cane (certified ECOCERT) located at Habitation du Simon, in the heart of the farm and in the immediate vicinity of the rum factory.
