Ideal for a festive meal, Esteban sparkling wine will please all wine lovers!The harvest is done manually and quite early. The whole bunches are pressed directly, followed by a light settling. The beginning of the fermentation is done at low temperature. Then, bottling for a resumption of the natural fermentation. The ageing lasts between 2 and 3 months on lees after completion of the foam.
