By a royal order of Louis Philippe the term "Chambertin" is associated with the name of the village which officially becomes "Gevrey Chambertin" in 1847.
Domaine Faiveley is a Burgundy wine estate created in 1825, located in Nuits
Saint
Georges (C´te d'Or).
The grapes are harvested by hand and the wines are then aged in oak barrels.
