The red wine Les Gadilles is a pleasure wine with a great potential. At the table, it will please all red wine lovers. Thanks to the blend of its two grape varieties: Grenache and Syrah, this wine is generous and fine, with tasty fruit aromas.Once the fruits are perfectly ripe, the harvest is done manually. Then, the wine making is done in a traditional way with a destemming. The vatting is done between 15 and 20 days with 1 or 2 daily pumpings. The ageing is done in vats and the blending is done afterwards. The bottling is done about 15 months later.
