This cuve is a blend of two terroirs of the AOC Saumur Champigny: limestone loose rock and alteration of limestone loose rock of the upper turonian. Produced from vines cultivated in organic farming since 2013 (yield 40 Hl/ha) harvested by hand with sorting in the vineyard and in the cellar.The estate has been transitioning to biodynamic agriculture since 2017. Its wines are vinified without added sulphites to let you enjoy the fruit of the wine.
