Cha cteau Genoels-Elderen Chardonnay Blauw is a white wine from the largest winery in Belgium. As surprising as it may seem, the flat country has a 25 hectare vineyard located along the ancient Roman roads of the municipality of Riemst. The traditions instilled by the Romans more than 2000 years ago have remained intact, which allows Cha ¢ teau Genoels-Elderen to offer you a dry white wine made from 100% Chardonnay grape variety. After a first pressing and cold settling, the vinification is done at 50% in barrels. Fermentation lasted a month at a temperature of 22 degrees in rust-free barrels (50%) and in wooden barrels (50%).
