The Carte Noire is a Champagne from the Vallee de la Marne produced from the assembly of the three main varieties of the area, Pinot Meunier in greater quantities, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, then aged on the lees for 36 months. White flowers, citrus and vanilla on the nose. Elegance, freshness and creaminess on the palate.
