He was born from the meeting of a winegrower and an oenologist, who together had the desire to propose a natural and vinous version of gin and tonic. They named this project LYBR.The idea of this spirit drink, which is indeed a cousin of gin, is to distill healthy wines in the presence of fresh juniper berries, picked in the Haut-Languedoc.
