A flowery bouquet, aromas of pear and lemon, a nice roundness in the mouth, this is the promise of the Happy'Naisse M¢con villages 2021, a 100% chardonnay wine.
It is on the clay-limestone soils of Southern Burgundy, in the heart of the M¢connais vineyards, that the vines of Domaine de Naisse take root. The vines are between 15 and 40 years old and draw their strength from the very stony soil of the plots of land in the "En Naisse" area.Harvested on 7 and 8 September 2020, vinified in stainless steel tanks and bottled in May 2021, Happy'Naisse M¢con villages cuve 2021 is a dry white wine, 100% chardonnay.
