This cuva exists on the two colors red and white, it comes from the most beautiful terroirs of the property, those whose water management is the most healthy. These are plots which have the best climatic exposure and whose soils are both draining and whose depth allows the constitution of a sufficiently large water reserve so that the plant does not suffer from the summer drought. This results in obtaining a very homogeneous maturity whose berries offer an excellent balance between quality of tannins, acidity and aromas. This balance allows more work on the grapes (long maceration) and on the wine.
