Pouilly Fuissa Les Plessys is a white wine from Burgundy which bears the Pouilly Fuissa Controlled Designation of Origin. Culminating at around 500 meters above sea level, the vines are cultivated from the top of the Solutra rock. Chardonnay is the only grape composing this charming and complex white wine. The harvest was carried out manually, the fermentation took place at low temperature and with a stirring process. The vinification was carried out partially in barrels and the aging lasted 15 months on fine lees.
