A powerful whisky with the flavors of the Jura
This Tuy smoked whisky was born thanks to Bruno Mangin, who mixed spirits with wine and gastronomy for this cuve. The barley was cultivated in the vicinity of the village of Bletterans, the cuve was distilled in a still dating from 1937 and then aged in oak barrels containing Jura wine, before being smoked in the Tuy.The Tuy is the centerpiece of the Jura farms. Fir, spruce and juniper trees are burned on the floor and ham, bacon and sausages are hung on the floor to smoke the meat.
