A major player in Chablis, the Chablisienne cooperative covers nearly a quarter of the local production with perhaps the widest range of the appellation.The 34 hectares of the Mont de Milieu climat are located on the right bank of the Serein in the communes of Fleys and Fy. The term "Mont de Milieu" corresponds to an ancient separation between Burgundy and Champagne, still symbolised today by the presence of a stone milestone erected at the top of this hill.
