Duchesse des Pastres, Pinot Noir, Vin de Pays d'Oc is an intense and aromatic acquaintance. Soft, glossy and red in the glass with a true symphony of black fruits, wild strawberries and raspberries pouring out of the glass. The nose is slightly floral with a touch of violets. In the mouth, the wine is like a gentle hallmark with silky tannins and a round, soft structure. Duchesse des Pastres can be used for light meat, pasta and vegetarian dishes. Must be enjoyed slightly chilled/chilled.
