Two legendary red wines ripen in the Mediterranean climate of these high altitudes: Fitouand Corbières. The Corbières "Johan de Barrou", awarded with gold, inspires with its blueberry fruit and Mediterranean herbal spice. The Fitou is considered the even better terroir - especially when grapes from old vines matured in new barriques as in the also highly awarded "Sélection Vieilles Vignes".
