- The Cir Rosso Classico Superiore by Tenuta del Conte is a warm and territorial wine, enlivened by the usual tannic grip of Gaglioppo. - scale distribution. Among the faces of the so
- called Cirò Revolution, Mariangela Parrilla stands out, who, following in her father's footsteps, has taken the reins of the family winery, which today has 15 hectares of organic vineyards and used for Gaglioppo and Greco. The liquids bottled by Marianna combine tradition, like this Cirò, and the desire to experiment, as in the case of ''Diversamente'', a rare example of Calabrian Greco macerated on the skins. - limestone soils. In the vineyard, as already mentioned, the dictates of organic farming are followed, aided only by small quantities of copper and sulfur. In the cellar all alcoholic fermentations occur spontaneously, followed in this case by two years of refinement in steel tanks.
