The situation of the vines varies considerably: some grapes derive from sandy soils along the riverbank, others from limestone and clay-limestone soils further inland. The ChaÌ‚teau produces a supple Haut-MeÌdoc, whose structure, richness and balance presage an excellent cellar potential.
