Description
This beautiful Saint Emilion from Chateau Rocheyron is a blend of the 70% Merlot and 30% Cabernet Franc grapes. The fermentation takes place with temperature control in concrete cuves with regular remontages. Aging of 14 months on French barriques, 30% of which are new.
