Albert Jane started this small family business a few years ago in the DO Montsant, the area surrounding the DO Priorat. He has named the bodega Acustic, acoustic, because he believes in working with his wines as pure and unamplified as possible. The grapes are organically grown and all work in the vineyard and also the picking is done manually. He works with French oak barrels with a very light toasting. The grape must continue to predominate.
