Miguel Sánchez's 12 hectares are divided into 600 different plots, which have completely different soil compositions, each of which has been analyzed separately. Everything is strictly biodynamically exploited, the use of tractors or any chemical product is absolutely waived, including sulfurizing, filtering or stabilizing the wine is not allowed. The grapes are harvested in very small boxes and fermented in the cellar in cement or stainless steel tanks. The wine was aged in French oak barriques, 50% of which were new.
