The vines of the Ch¢teau L'Evªque estate are cultivated biodynamically, according to the earthly and cosmic rhythms. The result is perfect grapes with a true taste. The resulting wines are authentic and typical of the terroir.This red wine has been elaborated with a lot of finesse: manual harvest in 10kg boxes, a meticulous sorting of the grapes on the table, then a maceration in destemmed grapes during 13 days before spending 9 months in a cubic concrete tank and 2 months in demi-muids.
