The 7th edition of Ch¢teau d'Yquem's small non-vintage cuve.
Ch¢teau d'Yquem produces a confidential second wine from a blend of several vintages. Initially produced for the Ch¢teau's employees from 2005, it was then marketed from 2014 exclusively to the staff of the LVMH group. This was when the first issue of the series was launched: Sauternes 1.In 2020, with the arrival of opus number 6, the Ch¢teau is extending the sale of Sauternes to visitors to the estate.
