A frank red wine with nice notes of black cherry
Mukuzani wine has the traditional aromas of the Saperavi grape. After 4 to 5 weeks of vatting, the wine is pressed and finishes its first fermentation in stainless steel tanks. It then follows a malolactic fermentation and then 30% of the wine is aged in barrels for 2 to 3 months.Serving suggestions: this wine is a perfect accompaniment to cold cuts or Mtsadi (Georgian barbecue with grilled meats drizzled with fresh pomegranate juice).
