In collaboration with the renowned, Howard Park winery, this Chardonnay is sourced from their finest vineyards situated at the southern reaches of Margaret River where the vines enjoy a unique, maritime climate. The fruit is carefully hand-picked and hand-sorted to ensure only the pristine fruit makes it into the final blend. The wine then spends time in large old French oak barrels to lend texture and complexity without any overpowering flavours.
