- The Brut Ros by Veuve Clicquot is one of those bottles that have made the history of Champagne. It was in fact produced for the first time in 1818 through the addition of some red wines from the Bouzy cru and was the first ros dassemblage to be placed on the market. Today it is still produced from the cuve of the classic Yellow Label completed by 12% of a selection of red wines from different crus of the region. The prevalent use of Pinot Noir grapes and the high percentage of reserve wines in the preparation of the cuve gives this Champagne a traditional and structured profile and a constant quality over time.
- This Champagne Ros Brut thus presents itself as a rosé and technically impeccable declination of the maison's style: delicacy, elegance, freshness and structure are its main characteristics.
