Created in 1945, it is also a triumph of the American spirit — the brand succeeded in its goal of creating a classic fragrance house outside of Paris. White Shoulders by Evyan is elegant, dainty and feminine and one of the first fragrances created by Dr. Walter Langer. The Evyan perfume company was inspired to create a magical American perfumery that wasn't affiliated with Paris, the city considered to be the only place where quality fragrances were produced at the time.
