When Thomas Dakin invented one of the very first English premium gins in 1761, he became a true pioneer and went down in history. This gin pays homage to him by taking his name and drawing inspiration from the recipe and method used at the time.For this creation, they chose to produce only in "Small batch", to preserve the best of the ingredients that go into its composition. The company did not wish to completely reuse the original recipe because the question is more one of heritage in the quality of the ingredients than in the choice of the latter.
