More and more complexe, with liquorice notes
In the western part of the Armagnac area, the Bas-Armagnac produces elegant and delicate brandies. They are matured carefully by the Maison Delas in oak barrels, in order to remain authentic. These Armagnac have more and more rancio aromas : dried plum, nuts, spices, and a touch of liquorice.Since the 19th century, the Glas family has brought all its know-how and expertise to the production of Armagnac. True enthusiasts, Maison Glas was created by Baptiste Glas and has continued to be passed down from generation to generation. It is after the Second World War that the company knows an international influence. In 1950, the business expanded to include the trading of wines and several spirits. Today, it is the fourth generation of the family that runs the company, continuing to perpetuate the values of its predecessors such as the quality of the products and a real desire to innovate in their field.
