This is a red wine that expresses all the elegance and softness typical of the Tortonian soil of the municipality of La Morra, which, together with the constant search for quality that characterizes the work of the Ceretto winery, which over the years has become a true point of reference in Piedmont, give life to a label that satisfies the palates of all enthusiasts._x000D_ _x000D_ The Barolo "Brunate" Ceretto is born from a careful selection of Nebbiolo grapes, coming from vineyards just over five and a half hectares in size, located at about 400 meters above sea level, with an optimal exposure to the south and south-east. It is an area with a strong vocation from a wine-growing point of view, characterized by a subsoil rich in marl and sand. After manual harvesting, the grapes are left to macerate and ferment spontaneously with indigenous yeasts in steel, and then transferred to tonneaux and large barrels for 24 months, where they mature slowly. This is followed by a rest phase in glass for another year, before being marketed._x000D_ _x000D_ Ceretto's "Brunate" is a Barolo DOCG that is characterized by its beautiful ruby red color in the glass, crossed by reflections tending towards garnet.
