This Brut is made in Coteaux du Sézannais, south of Épernay, in collaboration with a winegrower from Bethon. It is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes with a low dosage compared to other Brut champagnes. You can taste freshly picked apples, citrus and white fruit. Perfect as an aperitif or with turkey and chicken breast.
