Fleshy and well-structured, the Pinot Noir d'Alsace is distinguished by a full mouth and incomparable notes of candied fruits.
It is managed in the vineyards and in the cellar by Bruno Schloegel and his son Tho. All the wines of the estate are organic, with a conversion started in 2007 and a European certification obtained in 2012. The vines are cultivated in balance with the wild flora and fauna and the wine-making process is almost systematically done without inputs.
