Best way to track your order is to login to your account and follow the link for View Your Order History
If you did not set a password at the time of placing the order you can follow this Password Reset Link to have your password sent to your email. Here is the link you can use to login
When you reach the order detail view you can review order history; send an inquiry on your order history and in case of a problem, use "Report Problem" link to report a problem.
