Perhaps the very last champagne house to release its top cuvee from the magical year 2008: Henriot. Cuvée Hemera (formerly Cuvée Enchanteleurs) consists of 50% Chardonnay and 50% Pinot Noir with a 5g/L dosage. The Pinot comes from the Grand Crus : Verzy, Verzenay and Mailly-Champagne. The Chardonnay of: Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, Avize and Chouilly. This top Cuvée is aged for at least 12 years and is only made in great years. The essence of six prestigious Grands Crus villages that embody Maison Henriot is selected to make the blend. This is without doubt one of the most beautiful Champagnes from 2008. The world premiere for this top champagne was June 2023. This top cuvée from Champagne Henriot is named after the Greek goddess of the day and light.
