This Montepulciano is a wonderful elegance and freshness, juicy and fresh, beautiful cherry fruit, fine acidity and some tannins after, wonderfully broad, soft final. Frederico Carletti, the current owner of Azienda Agricola Poliziano, is responsible for a revolutionary change. Carletti has turned Poliziano into a real wine
producing company, producing and bottling its wines itself. He left for Piedmont to study oenology at university. He then completed internships at various wine producers in order to gain the necessary practical experience. Then it was time to realize his childhood dream.
