Intense, fruity, aromatic, Ruinart Ros champagne owes its voluptuous side to the complementarity of Chardonnay (45%, where the Premiers Crus Chardonnay from the Cote des Blancs prevail) and Pinot Noir from the Montagne de Reims and the valley of the Marne vinified in red. The color is a delicate pomegranate pink, with very light orange reflections. The effervescence is lively and light, with a lingering cord. The nose is subtle and fresh, first offering an original palette of exotic fruits (guava, lychee), and small red fruits (raspberry, cherry, wild strawberry). Notes of rose and pomegranate complete this complex and intense aromatic profile, dominated by little evolved primary aromas.
