In 2016, the P181 cuvee was born, the result of an inspired audacity. This organic champagne comes from 9 hectares of Maison vineyards cultivated in Organic Agriculture and certified by the organization ECOCERT. Out of these 9 hectares, 7 hectares come directly from "Parcelle P181", located in the commune of Verneuil.
Blend : 45% Pinot Noir, 35% Chardonnay, 20% Pinot Meunier
Terroirs : Verneuil, Moussy, Villenauxe, Villedommange, Montgueux, Villers
Marmery, Pierry, Epernay
Sugar content (in g/l) : less than 4
Reserve wines : 30% of the total
Ageing in the cellar : 3 years
First fermentation of Chardonnay in oak barrels
