An Italian traditional dessert with a FIT twist. A delicate mascarpone cheese cream with a layer of sponge cake soaked in strong espresso and rum. The strong coffee flavour is broken with raspberry jelly. The whole is finished with delicious chocolate with a minimalist decoration. The cake has a reduced sugar content, despite the large amount of chocolate and cream. The cake has been made by Master Confectioners.
