How can I know the status of my order?
When your order is received, it will be in the “Pending Status“. If any changes are required to be made to the order, it can be done at this time. Your order status will be changed to “Processing” as your order is being prepared, in transit or being delivered. No changes can be made to the order at this time. Once your delivery is made, it can take up to 2 business days to update the status of your order to “delivered”.
For items getting shipped, you can track your orders using the tracking number provided in the order update email notifying your order has been processed.


What is your order change and cancellation policies?
Giftblooms are unable to cancel or make changes to orders with status “Processing” or “Delivered”. Same-day orders are processed immediately, and usually cannot be changed. If you have any questions or concerns regarding an order already placed, please send us an email and we will respond promptly.

What is your flower delivery policy?

We offer same day delivery on many of our products. To assure same-day delivery, orders must be received by 1:00 pm Monday - Friday, before 12:00 pm on Saturdays, or before 11pm on Sunday in the recipient's time zone. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day.

Do you deliver to hospitals?
Our florists are experienced with delivering to hospitals, and will do so in accordance with their policies. Most hospitals do not allow florists to personally deliver to individual rooms. Most hospitals do not allow lilies (including hybrid lilies and oriental lilies) and latex balloons as common allergens.

What happens if the recipient is not home?
In the event that the recipient is not available to accept the flower delivery, our local florist will take action based on their experience and the situation. They will do one of the following:

Call the recipient to schedule an appropriate delivery time
Leave a note on the recipient's door asking them to contact the florist to schedule a delivery time
Leave the arrangement in a covered, secure area of the home (porch, garage, or other entrance)
Leave the Gift Bouquet with a neighbor and place a message on the recipient's door with this information

Why do you need to substitute sometimes?
Due to temporary availability issues, our florists may occasionally find it necessary to substitute the flowers or containers. Every effort will be made to preserve the style and color scheme of the arrangement and substitutions will only be made with items of equal or higher value.
Order-Related E-mails
Once we receive your order on the website, you will receive an Order Confirmation email that will contain your order number and order details. You will receive another order update email once the order is processed. We will update your delivery status within 2 business days after your order has been delivered.

Which payment methods do you accept?
Giftblooms accepts all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. You can also make payments using PayPal.

Who do you use as a shipping carrier?
We ship our products using all major courier services depending on the delivery location and the product that is being delivered.

Do you deliver outside of the United States?
Yes, we deliver in over 80 countries around the world. To see a list of countries we deliver in, click here.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

Which days do you deliver and ship?
We deliver on all days of the week; we will try our best to accommodate Sunday deliveries as well. In the event that our local florist is not able to make a Sunday delivery, your order will be delivered on the next business day. We will be in touch to notify you if any such change in delivery date is required.

For shipped items, UPS / FedEx make deliveries Monday through Friday unless it is a holiday. You can also arrange for Saturday delivery at an additional charge.

What time of day will my package arrive?
UPS delivers from 9:00AM until 7:00PM. UPS typically delivers to businesses first then to residential addresses. We are able to offer Saturday delivery for an additional charge.

How do I track my package?
For items that are shipped, once your order is shipped you will receive an order update e-mail with the tracking number to track your order with the courier service.

Will the items break during shipping?
Special care is taken to ensure that the items do not get damaged during transit. Bubble wrap, ice packs and peanuts are used where deemed appropriate to keep items fresh and safe.
