The Franciacorta Dosaggio Zero by Arcari Danesi is a vintage sparkling wine produced with the SoloUva Method, ie without the addition of exogenous sugars, and aged for 31 months on the lees in the bottle. Citrus and yellow fruit notes stand out from a savory, fresh and mineral texture.
