The Valpolicella Classico Superiore di Zyme is a full-bodied and intense red wine, soft and enveloping, with pleasant notes of ripe red fruit such as cherry, marasca cherry and plum. It is produced with the Ripasso technique , through a second fermentation on the skins of Amarone for 14 days, and matures for 36 months in large oak barrels.
