The Franciacorta Rose Brut di Castello Bonomi is a rose sparkling wine of medium intensity and structure, aged for 30 months on the lees. The perfume is elegant, with notes of wild berries, citrus fruits and hints of toasted bread. The taste is fresh, mineral, pleasantly agile in the mouth. Finale with citrus notes. A really well done Franciacorta!
