Fruit sourced from Victorian wine regions in the Yarra Valley and King Valley are matured for 7 months in French & American oak barrels. The wine displays blueberry, plum and brambly fruits and finely integrated tannins with a subtle oak and savoury, dry finish. A great match to osso bucco, roast lamb and veal shanks.
