Our Jolly Penguin started off life as a drawing
- hats off to our Chocolate Sculptress, who first captured that cheeky expression and bobble beanie in a sketch before hand
- carving to make the original. We never use off
- shelf moulds: ours are packed with character in our Cambridgeshire Inventing Room.

This hollow, 40% milk chocolate flippered friend makes an aww

- and young at heart. We use a high cacao percentage in our milk chocolate
- much higher than most
- to ensure that all the nuanced cacao notes remain strong. Astonishingly creamy, this Jolly Penguin has a beautiful melt and an incredibly moreish taste.
