True to form Elephant Hill’s 2018 Merlot lives up to their impeccable reputation, made from fruit sourced from their Triangle vineyard and Gimblett Gravel holdings. Built with tannin and structure but approachable now, this is a big glass of wine at this price level – great with food upon release and through 10 years of age.
