Esk Valley, sister winery to Villa Maria is based in Hawkes Bay with vineyards in Gimblett Gravels and the most northern region of HB; Esk Valley. Esk Valley is also the home of the winery as well as some of their oldest vineyards. The Winemakers Reserve range is only made in the best years from parcels of hand picked fruit. The grapes were fermented in their 85 year old concrete tanks and aged in French oak barriques.
