This Wine is made with selected graciano grapes with careful manual harvesting and winemaking to draw out the best aromas of this variety. Aged for 14 months in French oak barrels and 10 months in bottle. This wine surprises us with their aromas and flavour exclusive of a few grape varieties. In the organic farming we have to highlight the formation of microclimate grasses and plants where the blossom and existence of these stays intimately linked to the flower and berries of the cluster allowing the wine to dazzle us with the wide nuances below mentioned.
On The Eye
Great depth in its red
cherry colour.
On The Nose
Ripe black fruit redcurrants blackberries and blueberries with a touch of spices such as black pepper coffee and toasty hints.
In The Mouth
Powerful wine with noticeable tannins where you appreciate the oak and the ripe fruit and spicy touches a very pleasant wine despite the difficulties in growing harvesting and macerating this grape.
Goes well with Game grills stews and barbecues.. ABV 14.9%
