Our macarons are about 1.5 inches to 1.75 inches in diameter and are made to order. We never freeze our products.
- Perfect for special events, as a gift, or just because.... the buttercream centers provide for a longer shelf life and add a decadent bite to each macaron.
- Our Confectionary Artisan Bakers mix the batter and add colors before expertly piping the shells and allowing them to develop a "skin" which gives the macarons their traditional "feet" and bakes to perfection. Our buttercream is made in small batches and flavored to order. We can customize colors and flavors as well.
- Shipped to you hand packed in individual cello bags and heat sealed for freshness. Our macarons are packed inside an inner carton with padding to ensure perfect delivery and shipped inside a shipping box.

- **Macarons are fragile and require special care in shipping. Orders are only shipped nationwide, using UPS two day shipping, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday to avoid weekend overlays. We do not ship nationwide on Thursdays (with the exception of Overnight orders), Fridays, or holidays.
